Agenda is attached. The city's Historic Preservation Officer, Sarah Rosenberg, will be presenting an update on the Bozeman Local Landmark Policy and update to the city's Historic Preservation Policy. This feedback will be presented to the City Commission at a November meeting. The Community Development Board will also be deliberating and providing recommendations to the commission on Fire / EMS Impact Fees and will be given a presentation on the update to the Wastewater Collection System Facility Plan. The commission is having a joint meeting with the Gallatin County Commission, but they will also be making decisions on city business, including hiring a lobbyist (Central House Strategies - https://www.centralhousestrategies.com/) for the 2025 Legislative Session and the final adoption of the new Urban Camping Ordinance 2172.
