They will also be deciding whether or not to approve giving $2,055,563 of TIF money to a new mixed-use development called Wallace Works located in the Northeast Urban Renewal District. Details on this project can be found here on the county's Envision Gallatin website. The website includes a draft map, descriptions of the various land use categories, and recommended strategies for housing. Gallatin County Planning staff will be seeking input from the Community Development Board on the project.
