There will be a presentation on the 2025 Stormwater Facilities Plan Update, training on Impact Fees (the Community Development Board has been assigned many duties, one of which is to act as the Impact Fee Advisory Committee), and a hearing for a request to amend the Zone Map for a 10-acre property located on the east side of North 19th Avenue, south of the 19th Avenue / Springhill Road offramp off of I-90. The Executive Director's report contains important information on the less-publicly announced decisions and activities being made in our Downtown. The downtown development and business trackers outline the businesses that are coming and going, as well as what development is scheduled and in progress in the downtown area.
