Agenda is attached. They will be discussing several topics, one of which is an update to the Local Street and Sidewalk Funding program. Residents who live on older streets are currently responsible for paying for part of the costs of repairing or replacing their sidewalks, streets, and underground utilities, and actually accumulate debt and pay interest on these costs. The city is considering making revisions to this policy. Public comment may be submitted here or by emailing [email protected] before 12 p.m. the day of the meeting. Gallatin County is in the process of creating a Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and Housing Strategy that will inform future growth and development. These events are critical for the public to attend and provide feedback, as this will set the stage for future development in Gallatin County. At this meeting, attendees will be able to meet the project team, ask questions, and provide feedback.
